How can one clean the bottom of the circulating water tank and the interior of the heat exchangers without shutting down the system? ? ?
The processing cycle without shutdown will be very long. The sludge at the bottom of the circulating pool can be pumped out using submersible pumps and then fed into a plate and frame filter press for filtration; the clean water is returned to the circulating pool. If there is an opportunity to shut down the unit temporarily due to sludge buildup inside the heat exchanger, steam flushing can be used.
Ordinary systems are not equipped with plate and frame filter presses
What are the costs for temporary installation, pipeline installation, and staff training?
Or directly pump it to the wastewater treatment plant, while also adding water

This post was last edited by slll611 on 2016-9-29 at 22:57. Biological sludge in the heat exchanger can be removed using chemical methods; the sludge at the bottom of the tank is not a problem and can be cleaned manually during maintenance.
Use a biological sludge remover, add sodium hypochlorite as an auxiliary, cycle for 48 hours, then drain and replace the water; perform these operations regularly, and the system will function properly.
My understanding is that it’s for descaling circulating water, right?
Heat exchangers can be given a cleaning and pre-coating treatment; there are many manufacturers that offer this service, so check online! ! ! !
