I would like to ask about the best methods for rust removal on pre-coolers, benzene washing towers, electrostatic tar collectors, and coal gas pipelines. Which method is the most suitable?

Then apply anti-corrosion and rust-proof paint. (The choice of paint depends on your requirements for corrosion resistance), but vinyl ester resins are commonly used in the coal chemical industry.
There are media (gas, benzene, tar) inside the equipment pipes – can sandblasting be carried out? From a safety perspective, could sparks be generated, thereby creating safety hazards?
For safety reasons, it is best to stop using the equipment before proceeding with the work. This sand is not a metal; it is a mineral and does not generate high temperatures. There’s no need to worry.
