The methanol synthesis oil separator and alcohol separator experience significant vibration

The methanol synthesis oil separator and alcohol separator in our plant have been experiencing significant vibration recently. After reinforcement on the outside, the vibration has decreased slightly, but it remains noticeable. The alcohol separator was also inspected through the manhole during shutdown, and the upper foam separator is functioning normally. Everyone here is experienced; has anyone encountered something similar? Could you give some advice? Thank you! ! !
Could you reveal the internal structure of the two separators and how long they have been in use?

Please check whether the combined inlet assembly for the methanol synthesis oil separator and the alcohol separator in your system uses a baffle-type or mushroom-head type design. These two types of inlet separation assemblies are prone to causing shock vibrations in the separator, especially when liquid in slug flow form carried by the airflow reaches the aforementioned inlet separation assemblies.
What type of circulation machine is being used? In the case of a centrifuge, minor surge causing pipe vibration can also be mistaken for vibrations caused by alcohol and oil!
It’s reciprocating type; currently the oil vibration is severe, and the vibration becomes particularly noticeable when the load increases
