The superheated steam has a pressure of 3.0 MPa and a temperature of 360 degrees; after passing through the heat exchanger, it becomes steam at around 140 degrees. I would like to know if there is any good way in which this superheated steam can be mixed with other fluids and heated to around 0.6 MPa and 165 degrees before being fed into the next heat exchanger Is there anyone skilled who can help answer this? Thank you very much.
Superheated steam and water vapor, which has been cooled by a heat exchanger to around 140 degrees, mix together to produce steam at a pressure of 0.6 MPa and a temperature of 165 degrees.
If the quantity is large, it can be flashed, and then mixed with high-pressure steam to be used
How about adding a temperature and pressure reducer? ?
Do you mean using the steam generated by flash evaporation in a flash tank to mix with superheated steam? I’m thinking of using condensate water together with steam – are there any good solutions?
How to mix it? What equipment can be used to mix water vapor?
1. The previous steam compressor. . 2. It can be used as steam for injection into steam turbines. 3. It can serve as make-up water for boilers. 4. It functions as a low-temperature heat source; if a cold source is needed, a lithium bromide unit can be used to produce subcooled water. 5. Power generation – I’m not sure if it’s useful in the factory owned by the original poster
How is it possible to generate electricity at such low temperatures and pressures? What is the function of a steam compressor? Could you explain it in detail? Thank you very much. Additionally, we are located in an industrial park and purchase steam for use; therefore, there is no need to use the condensate water in the boilers. Our goal is simply to make full use of the thermal energy
Is there any good recommendation for a steam compressor? Please recommend one so I can learn more about it; it seems pretty good
Steam compressors seem to be hardly used in China; I learned about this from the information on this website. You can search for resources on this site. It involves compressing low-grade steam using a compressor to increase its pressure and temperature, before utilizing it. Regarding waste heat power generation, it is best to consult relevant manufacturers; it is possible to generate electricity using this method, and there are now specialized companies focused on energy conservation and emission reduction. The company will fund the energy-saving upgrades for you; you are responsible for maintenance, and the profits generated are shared in a certain proportion.
If what’s needed is water, then it’s very simple – just use a mixer and heat it up
