Those who violate these procedures will be fined 100 yuan each time, and 2 points will be deducted from their monthly evaluation score; in the event of an equipment accident, actions will be taken in accordance with the company’s relevant regulations. 6. The procedures for the maintenance of equipment and the handling of potential faults are as follows: on-duty operator – shift supervisor (maintenance supervisor) – workshop. If an issue that can be handled is not addressed or not reported in accordance with procedures, the responsible person will be fined 50 yuan for each occurrence; if an accident results from this, it will be dealt with in accordance with the company’s relevant regulations. 7. When conducting inspections, operators must carry the required tools and personal protective equipment (which must be taken with them whenever they leave the operation room); a fine of 5 yuan will be imposed for each item that is not carried if it is not present on site. 8. Before starting up, the personnel on duty must check the equipment, pipelines, and control systems (in particular, for large-scale equipment, three levels of verification are required before it can be started; it may only be operated once the relevant personnel have given their approval!) ), if the relevant procedures are not followed, a fine of 30 yuan will be imposed on the team leader, while a fine of 50 yuan will be imposed on the operator at that position; in addition, 2 points will be deducted from that operator’s score for that month. In the event of an equipment accident, actions will be taken in accordance with the company’s relevant regulations. 9. If obvious hazards related to equipment lubrication, leak detection and repair, or pressure pipelines fail to be identified due to inadequate inspection, a fine of 10 yuan will be imposed for each such case, and 0.1 points will be deducted from the monthly assessment score for each incident. 10. Other matters not covered shall be handled in accordance with the relevant regulations of the workshop and the company ； In the event of any conflict between these provisions and the company’s regulations, the company’s regulations shall prevail ； 11.
