Where has the desulfurizer for the solvent regeneration unit gone? In a while, the liquid level in the unit’s solvent buffer tank will drop significantly. Was the solvent inside carried away through the top of the rich liquid flash tank and the acid gas outlet system?
It has been over half a year since work started here, and the quality of the solvents remains excellent. The only time the liquid level was abnormal was due to the operator failing to close the vent promptly after repairing the pump. So I suggest you check whether there is a leak from the vent or similar areas!
