As the title suggests, according to the standards for professional knowledge tests and case-based examinations in the field of chemistry engineering (http://www.ccesda.com/UploadFiles/2016426161310411.pdf), the total cost should be 120 yuan per person for all four subjects. Yet in many provinces, the fee is charged at 120 yuan per subject, resulting in a total of 4*120=480 yuan per person. Does anyone know why this is the case?
