1. Open doors and windows to maintain ventilation； 2. It is necessary to work while seated in order to improve efficiency and complete tasks ； 3. Take the opportunity to go out more often.
Open windows more often for ventilation, use more activated carbon, and plant more plants that can absorb formaldehyde
Keep the area well-ventilated, and plant a few green plants in the office that can absorb formaldehyde....
During working hours, open windows, use exhaust fans and air conditioners to improve ventilation, and place plants such as spider plants and pothos in the office.
