Can RPP be connected to PPR pipes?

Help~~ Does anyone know if RPP pipes can be connected to PPR pipes? What the customer initially wanted were PPR flanges. . As a result, the past of RPP was released. . Are these two ways of using it the same? Which one is better?

RPP is reinforced polypropylene; PP-R pipes are also known as type 3 polypropylene pipes. The main material is the same in both cases, only they have been modified, and welding is not a problem.
