Incidents of major and severe accidents: No major or severe accidents occurred. II. Details of the major accident: On June 7 at 12:00, in Dazu District, Chongqing, 4 individuals who collected used materials entered the underground areas of Fushan Coal Industry Co., Ltd. without permission, resulting in a poisoning and suffocation accident that caused 3 deaths. 2. On June 12 at 9:30 a.m., in Tianshui City, Gansu Province, one worker at Tianli Lixin Petrochemical Co., Ltd. fainted due to poisoning while reaching for tools inside an empty asphalt tank; subsequently, three more people fainted as a result of poisoning while attempting to rescue them. The accident resulted in 3 deaths and 1 injury. 3. There were 3 incidents in the road transport sector, resulting in 12 deaths, a decrease of 2 incidents and 8 deaths compared to the previous period. 4. Other industries: (1) At 13:35 on June 7, within the jurisdiction of Zhoushan, Zhejiang, a helicopter belonging to the East China Sea Branch of the Marine Bureau crashed 9 nautical miles east of Taohuadao, resulting in 4 deaths. (2) At 14:40 on June 9, in Dongying District, Dongying City, Shandong Province, 4 workers suffered hydrogen sulfide poisoning while repairing a sewage well in a flower bed at Wanda Plaza; as a result, 3 people died and 1 was injured. (3) At 1:40 a.m. on June 12, a fire broke out at a restaurant in Chengguan Town, Funan County, Fuyang City, Anhui Province, resulting in 3 deaths.

Key features and warnings regarding work safety last week: No major or severe accidents occurred last week, with both the total number of accidents and the number of relatively serious accidents showing a significant decline compared to the previous week. However, there were 2 major poisoning and asphyxiation incidents in confined space operations. Since the beginning of this year, there have been 16 major accidents involving work in confined spaces, resulting in 51 deaths. Precautionary measures: All regions should draw serious lessons from these accidents, urge enterprises to strictly implement the Provisions on the Safety Management and Supervision of Work in Confined Spaces in Industrial and Trade Enterprises (Order No. 59 issued by the State Administration for Work Safety) and the Five Regulations on Safe Work in Confined Spaces (Order No. 69 issued by the State Administration for Work Safety). They should establish and improve rules and regulations for work in confined spaces, strengthen personnel training, develop emergency response plans, and carry out such work in strict accordance with the principle of \"ventilate first, then test, and finally proceed with the work\".
