Have any of you encountered a situation where, after several normal testing cycles with Siemens’ online chromatograph, one cycle suddenly shows very high values for all the measurement parameters? What could be the reason for this? How should this be solved? Thank you
Does it appear suddenly or regularly? Could you take a look at the peak diagram?
It was working fine before, and the measurement values were correct. This problem started after it was not in use for about 10 days; there are no pictures available. On the waveform graph, all the measurement values are higher, but things returned to normal after one cycle. I can’t believe it now! I can’t find the reason either
I’ve encountered the same issue as well: when I connected the software to view the spectra and measurements, they were correct, and then by introducing a standard gas for calibration, everything worked fine
