I graduated from the major of Process Equipment and Control Engineering three years ago. I have worked at two chemical plants; the first one was a newly built plant, where I was involved in the installation and commissioning of one of its workshops. To go into operation. It took a year and a half. The second chemical company is located in a project department under the R&D department; it is engaged in the modification and development of new process equipment, focusing mainly on equipment. I have just started working in the technical department of an environmental protection company; my position has not been finalized yet, but I am 100% certain that I will be hired on a permanent basis. Received a notice from another large company that specializes in synthetic leather. There were over 20 people who went to the interview, all from fields such as polymer science and chemical engineering and technology. The pass rate is 50%; I’m the only one among the human resources managers who leans towards equipment, so they are quite optimistic about me. I hope that when I work there in the past, my salary will be one level higher than that at environmental protection companies. Experts, please give some advice. Thank you.

Go to the synthetic leather company and work there for a few more years.

You have changed jobs numerous times over these 3 years; if I were the HR manager, I certainly wouldn’t assign important tasks to someone like you. I’m not aware of your specific situation, but I just hope that regardless of whether the work ahead is good or bad, you can stay focused and continue working for a few more years.
Changing jobs too frequently means that one doesn’t delve deep into anything; only a superficial understanding is acquired, which is not good – it’s like a monkey trying to crack corn kernels.
Go and give it a try; be more adventurous when you’re young, and take responsibility for the good and the bad!
It’s normal to change jobs a few times over the years; more experiences mean more knowledge. Going into synthetic leather production is an option as well; it presents challenges as well as opportunities. The key is whether it’s a job that one likes
