Selection of explosion-proof lighting for painting operations in new tanks

There is a newly built large tank with a diameter of 23 meters and a height of 18 meters; its top features a plastic interior component, on which there are long slits for ventilation and lighting (about 10 cm wide), similar to those found in the three-phase separators used in wastewater treatment anaerobic tanks. These days, painting is carried out inside tanks (the air is drawn in from outside the manhole using a fan during the painting process). I would like to ask whether IP66 LED lights can be used for lighting; if explosion-proof lights are used, what is their explosion protection rating? It would be great if you could recommend some specific models. Thank you all.
If low-voltage 12V lights are used for illumination, dozens of them will likely be required. Could explosion-proof 220V, 200W lighting fixtures be used instead? The amount of paint sprayed is not large; only one person applies the paint manually.
Only explosion protection is considered for now; whether a 220V voltage can cause electric shock is not taken into account at this time.
