Beginner asking about PRII simulation

I’m a beginner in PROII; I’ve been figuring things out on my own using unstructured methods, with no systematic learning experience*. I’ve run into a few issues recently and would like to ask for everyone’s advice. One scenario is that all of the simulated overhead stream flows out from the bottom of the tower rather than from the top; the separation conditions specified involve the amount of material exiting from the top of the tower and the reflux ratio. The report indicates that the error is due to the temperature at the top of the tower, after water cooling, being 40 degrees higher than the bubble point temperature of the fluid flowing at the top of the tower; there is also a warning stating that the estimated flow rate is quite different from the actual value. But both of these issues are due to the very low output from the tower top – it’s just a few ppm, practically zero. The aim was to separate isopentane, but what comes out of the tower top is ethane
