Honeywell SM System USI Redundancy Issue

In a training diagram, I saw an SM system with a QPP equipped with two USI cards (two CPs, four USIs). Our system has one QPP with one USI card (two CPs, two USIs). If the configuration with two USI cards is possible, it’s reasonable to assume that such a structure would be more stable. Does anyone who knows about this know how to explain it?
It can’t be said to be more stable, because the number of USIs under one QPP depends on your on-site communication requirements. USIs under the same QPP are not in a redundant relationship.
