Heat transfer oil

What kind of heat transfer oil should be used when the operating temperature ranges from -20 degrees Celsius to 130 degrees Celsius? It needs to be inexpensive. I would be extremely grateful if experts could give me some advice.
Does this require heat transfer oil? Water can do it /
There is no need to use heat transfer oil; steam and water are sufficient
The most common one will do; ethylene glycol can also be used. We have them. Where are you from?
The temperature range can be achieved using water or steam, but since there are water-sensitive materials inside the tank, oil is used as a precaution against any accidents.
The material inside the reactor reacts violently when exposed to water; therefore, oil is used for safety reasons
