For instruments like pH meters, when the operating conditions are severe, the pH electrodes need to be calibrated every three months or so; in the case of lower-quality electrodes, they need to be replaced after about three months. For imported brands of analytical instruments, you can consider companies such as Hach and E+H, but these come at a higher price. I’ve used a pH meter imported from the UK for a client before, and the client was satisfied with it; its price was also reasonable.
