The factory has anABB FEP300 electromagnetic flowmeter with a diameter of 50 and an accuracy class of 0.2. I’m not sure what the measurement range is at this 0.2% accuracy level; I found in some information that it’s from 1.2 to 60. But my boss said that’s not correct – those are just the upper and lower limits that can be measured, and the accuracy isn’t accurate at such levels.
In other words, when setting the range for this flow meter, the maximum value can be 0–60; it can also be set to other values such as 0–50. This range setting is related to the flow rate range you measured.
I understand this, but since the error within the upper and lower limits is more than 0.2%, what I want to know is at what range of errors can it be kept stable at 0.2%

What kind of error do you mean by an error that is more than 0.2%? The accuracy class of a flow meter refers to the reference error, while the effective range is the specified range within which the accuracy should meet the 0.2 class standard. If the reference error exceeds 0.2%, it is necessary to first check whether there are issues with the selection of the flow meter. If the selection is appropriate for the type of fluid being measured, the flow meter can be sent to an authorized calibration institution for testing; if the test results are satisfactory, it indicates that some interference exists, and measures should be taken to compensate for or correct this issue, or the data provided by the flow meter should be used as the accurate measurement
I think this accuracy level strictly speaking applies to the entire range!
