I attended a networking event for equipment manufacturers today, and many people there said that the HTRI PJ version will remain at 6.0; the possibility of a PJ 7.0 version is slim. With the widespread adoption of Win10, HTRI 6.0 PJ will become obsolete. They had already made other plans; they would be caught off guard when HIRI PJ became unusable.
Most people believe that there is no need for a comprehensive heat exchanger software; having software that covers the types of heat exchangers one uses is sufficient.
The key is whether a 6.0 full PJ file can be provided; it’s urgently needed now
