What can fusel alcohols be used for? We just throw away the fusel alcohols here, which is a waste; it also causes pollution
Brothers, where are you from? Let’s work together to recycle it. How about it? What’s the composition like? What about the color? Feel free to contact QQ1354618277
Fusel alcohols refer to higher alcohols other than methanol; they are mixtures of high-molecular-weight alcohols, mainly pentanols, followed by propanols, ethanol, and butanols. It can be sold; its current market price is likely not lower than that of methanol. However, the production volume is relatively low compared to methanol, and even less so for methanol produced from coke oven gas. Most factories do not need to extract fusel oils, and if they do, it is only for a short period at the beginning of operation (with domestic catalysts). The amount of fusel oil obtained is small, so it is difficult to sell, but it can still be used as fuel – for example, by using steam to heat it before adding it to the fuel mixture, or to heat furnaces and raise their temperature
Where are you from? Has the concentration been analyzed?
The moisture content is very low, and the sampling point is above the sensitive plate. We only took samples for less than a month after the catalyst was first put into use; at that time we were adjusting the alcohol content through three-stage distillation. We produce methanol from coke oven gas, using catalysts supplied by Topsoe in Denmark. Since then, no impure alcohols have been detected. If you have experience in petrochemicals or coal hydrocracking, you should be aware of the recycling and utilization of waste oil. Impure alcohols are similar to contaminated oils; they are vaporized by heating and then fed into fuel mixers and heating equipment. It is necessary to raise the temperature at the air inlet plate at the bottom of the furnace in order to lengthen the flame and prevent black smoke or an upward shift of the convection heat exchange zone.
How many? Let’s recycle it to use as fuel.
The biochemical station can be used to cultivate bacteria.
A sample can be made to analyze its components; afterwards, there are specialized facilities for handling it, with some of it being used in waste liquid incineration boilers
