I would appreciate it if fellow sailors could advise me on how to determine the surge zone during the commissioning of a newly installed centrifugal compressor
8%-10% before the surge line – it has already been set on the unit control system.

Perform control operations, observe on-site; follow on-site instructions during operations. Stop and resume operations once surge occurs, record the surge data, and then measure values at another point
I only saw it a few times and didn’t actually operate it; at that time, it was the Atlas manufacturer who went to the site to give instructions, and the main controller also performed the operations. It was finally finalized based on the manufacturer’s surge data. Otherwise, exceeding the range will affect warranty coverage
