On cranes, various oils serve as the source of power for the operation of the crane’s components and mechanisms, and the realization of this process relies on the various hydraulic circuits present in the crane. During routine maintenance and inspections, the hydraulic systems of cranes often encounter the following problems: 1. The hydraulic circuits become blocked due to imbalances in oil pressure, displacement or breakage of internal components, or other such issues, which prevents the oil from flowing properly within the circuits. This leads to a disruption in the transmission of driving force, preventing the crane’s operating system from functioning correctly and resulting in other serious failures. 2. The hydraulic components in the working oil circuit fail to function properly due to vibration, impact, failure, and other reasons, resulting in imbalances or instabilities such as insufficient or excessive oil pressure in the circuit, which in turn triggers a series of fault reactions. 3. The crane is equipped with pressure gauges specifically designed for monitoring its operating conditions, including those used to measure the pressure in the hydraulic system, such as oil pressure gauges. If the oil pressure gauge shows abnormal readings, it indicates that there may be a problem with the crane’s hydraulic system, and the machine should be stopped for inspection promptly.
