Job positions: 1. Production Manager: 1 position. Responsibilities: (1) Responsible for the safety management of production units such as petrochemical hydrogenation and propane deasphalting in the base oil workshop, and implementing the production instructions issued by the company ； (2) Be fully responsible for the administrative and daily production management tasks of the Production Department, organize the formulation of production plans for this department, and monitor production progress and completion status ； (3) Responsible for organizing the review of process cards, operating procedures, plans for starting/stopping production in the workshop, process improvements, as well as planning and process management systems, and for supervising the implementation of these measures ； (4) Responsible for safety control, quality control, and cost control in the production process ； (5) Responsible for the management of personnel in the production department (including training and assessment of staff). Qualifications: (1) A college degree or above, with over 10 years of management experience in a similar position within the petrochemical industry ； (2) Familiar with the safe production operation management of petrochemical plants, as well as with the priorities related to the processes in petrochemical hydrogenation and propane deasphalting units ； (3) Possess comprehensive coordination and management skills, capable of organizing the startup, shutdown, and routine maintenance of equipment. Job responsibilities: (1) Be directly responsible for the safety management of production units such as petrochemical hydrogenation, propane deasphalting, and vacuum distillation in the base oil workshop ； (2) Responsible for preparing process cards, operating procedures, plans for starting/stopping production in the workshop, process improvement projects, plans, as well as process management systems, and for organizing their implementation ； (3) Responsible for safety control, quality control, and cost control in the production process ； (4) Responsible for managing workshop staff (including training, assessment, etc.). Qualifications: (1) Under 50 years old, with a degree in petrochemical engineering or a related field, and an associate degree or above ； (2) At least 8 years of experience in petrochemical production, with over 5 years in operational management roles, and familiarity with petrochemical production processes ； (3) Strong production management and organizational coordination skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and team spirit ； (4) Preference will be given to those with a professional title at or above the intermediate level, as well as experience in high-pressure hydrogenation or in the production of white oil or base oils. 3. Shift supervisors in the base oil workshop: 2. Job responsibilities: (1) Responsible for coordinating and directing the smooth operation of various stations in accordance with operating procedures and process sheets, ensuring product quality and yield, as well as working to reduce energy consumption. (2) Fulfill the HSE responsibilities of this position, lead the team in carrying out safety activities to ensure safe production, handle accidents and submit reports thereon. Production line operators: 8. Job responsibilities: (1) Carry out their duties under the supervision of the team leader, complete the production tasks assigned by the team, and ensure material balance, heat balance, and product quality ； (2) Responsible for adjusting and controlling the parameters of various units within the DCS room, monitoring the steady operation of the system comprehensively, and making adjustments promptly in case of issues or contacting external operators for handling them. (3) Keep proper operation records and shift handover logs, and be responsible for tracking the energy consumption, product quality, and yield of the equipment during the shift ； Qualifications: (1) A high school education or higher, with at least 3 years of experience in operating petrochemical plants ； (2) Possess knowledge of specialized tasks related to HSE, pressure vessels, hazardous chemicals, etc., as well as the skills required for such positions ； (3) Master the operation of the DCS system, be familiar with the production processes of related units (propane extraction, hydrorefining), and understand the hazards associated with each unit as well as the corresponding preventive and response measures ； 5. Maintenance Workers: 2.
