Why can hydrogen be detected in the steam coming from the top of the acidic water stripping tower for hydrogen production?

The liquid level in the water separation tank is normal, so there’s no possibility of air pressure; isn’t hydrogen insoluble in water? Hydrogen shouldn’t enter the stripping tower, right? Then why can a hydrogen detector at the top of the stripping tower detect several hundred ppm of hydrogen there?
Hydrogen is poorly soluble in water, so there will be a small amount of hydrogen in water. Some users who are near the sea have also raised this issue; I’m not sure if the cause has been identified. http://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-1646009-1-1.html
