Job responsibilities of a polyurethane resin R&D engineer: 1. Responsible for the R&D of a specific type of polyurethane resin； 2. Responsible for tasks related to the maintenance of certain types of resin products produced by the company ； Job requirements: 1. Major in polymer materials and chemistry, with a master’s degree or above ； 2. Skilled in the research and development of polyurethane resin products in one of the following fields, with at least 3 years of relevant work experience: a. Involved in the research, development, and application of polyurethane resins and polyester polyols ； b. Engaged in the research, development, and application of polyurethane resins for synthetic leather and shoe soles ； c. Engaged in the research and development as well as application of various resins used in coatings and inks (acrylic resins, alkyd resins, amino resins, UV resins, etc.) ； d. Collect product information, price information, technological trends, and competitor marketing strategy information in a timely manner. Job requirements: 1. Position and Responsibilities of Production Management Personnel: (I) Main Responsibilities: In accordance with the company’s development strategy, take overall responsibility for managing the company’s production and operations. Continuously drive the implementation of the company’s cost-saving (FERRI) initiatives, control operating costs, and achieve goals related to energy savings and reduced consumption. At the same time, promote comprehensive system management practices such as CISOP (information security)/5S/ISO/Lean Production, in order to enhance and maintain the factory’s core competitive capabilities ； (II) Daily responsibilities: 1. Develop and oversee the implementation of quarterly and monthly production targets based on annual orders and goals, and be in charge of the operations of the entire Strategic Operations Department ； 2. Possess relevant experience in SPC, DOE, 8D, FMEA, and other similar methods ； 7. Strong communication and coordination skills, high stress tolerance, and excellent teamwork spirit ； 8.
