May I ask how to handle the inlet and outlet pipelines of the first and second stages of the NG32/25 turbine before commissioning? Is it sufficient to perform a simple purge? Is it okay to have high pressure during oil transportation? A pump outlet pressure of nearly 10 kilograms seems to allow for more thorough removal of mechanical impurities. However, I’m concerned that high oil pressure might enter the mechanical seal through the shaft and thus reach the compressor. We use catalytic compression for the rich gas – will the oil supply be affected? Thank you all
It seems that both the upstream and downstream sections of the compressor are purged with steam. Generally, the lubricating oil pressure has an impact on the process gas when it is too high. Usually, there are requirements regarding impurities and other components in the medium used; these are just my guesses. However, too high oil pressure might cause leakage

Oil transportation involves internal circulation and external circulation; during internal circulation, inert gas must be used to prevent contamination of the sealing surfaces. The oil pressure is controlled as normal, while the oil temperature fluctuates up and down.
Right now, nitrogen isn’t being produced; no isolation air has been supplied, and oil has entered the compressor
