What does surge in a cyclic hydrogen compressor mean?
If a person doesn’t get enough oxygen, they may suffer from asthma. The same applies to the compressor
Each unit has its own natural frequency; during acceleration or deceleration, surge is likely to occur when the vibration frequency of the machine body approaches this natural frequency
When the inlet flow rate to the cyclohydrogen compressor is below the minimum value, the pressure at the compressor outlet drops below the pressure in the outlet piping system, causing air to flow back into the compressor. This results in severe fluctuations in the parameters at the compressor’s inlet and outlet, as well as a significant increase in mechanical noise.
The first intake air volume is insufficient. The second outlet pressure is too high due to a fault at the outlet connection or improper operation
