In a typical waste boiler conversion process, tube bursts occur in the raw gas waste heat boiler, and the cause has not yet been identified. I hope fellow experts can provide some help!
I’m not familiar with your manufacturing processes, nor am I very aware of the accuracy of the instruments used; it would be helpful to provide a general description so that everyone can have an idea of what to expect

The pH value of the boiler feed water is not strictly controlled. 4. The CL ion level in the boiler feed water is above the limit. 5. Excessive dosing of alkali for cleaning the waste boiler in the early stages of operation. 6. There are issues with the quality of the equipment.
I recently learned that by changing the position of the boiler feed water, cracks at the heat exchange tube sheet can be avoided. Could someone explain the reason for this?
Could you please describe the specific details such as the pressure of the waste boiler, and what the height of the water column is after the rupture disc breaks?
The original poster didn’t provide enough details; if tube rupture occurs during normal production, too low a liquid level control in the waste pot is the main cause.
