Employees should learn and master relevant occupational health knowledge, comply with laws, regulations, rules, and operating procedures regarding the prevention and control of occupational hazards, properly use and maintain equipment for protecting against occupational hazards as well as personal protective equipment. Any potential hazards related to occupational hazards must be reported promptly. III. Strictly comply with the relevant regulations regarding the maintenance of facilities for protecting against occupational hazards, carefully maintain the equipment under one’s responsibility, and conduct regular self-inspections to ensure the proper and safe operation of the equipment. Enterprises shall equip themselves with necessary first-aid equipment and medicines, formulate an emergency rescue plan for occupational hazard incidents, and conduct regular drills. 8. Enterprises should arrange for employees who are exposed to toxic substances to undergo regular occupational health examinations, and establish occupational health surveillance records for these employees. 9. Enterprises shall entrust occupational health technology service institutions to conduct tests at least once a year in those work areas where toxic substances are generated, and to carry out assessments of the current level of occupational hazards every three years; the results of these tests and assessments must be made public. 10. In order to ensure proper safety protection for work in high-temperature environments within the organization, to safeguard the health and safety of employees, and to bring enterprise management into line with standardized and institutionalized practices, this system has been formulated in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations such as the Law on the Prevention and Control of Occupational Diseases and the Interim Provisions on the Supervision and Management of Occupational Health in Workplaces. 1. These regulations apply to all employees of this organization as well as external contractors. 2. The occupational health management department is responsible for implementing and supervising the unit’s protection system for work in high-temperature environments. 3. Personnel who are participating in high-temperature work for the first time must receive relevant training before taking up their duties. 4. The heat prevention and cooling measures for new, renovated, or expanded projects must be designed, constructed, and put into use simultaneously with the main project. 5. Organized natural ventilation should be employed in high-temperature workshops, with the intake and exhaust openings arranged reasonably. 6. Enterprises shall conduct inspections of work areas where high temperatures are generated at least once a year, and carry out assessments of the current situation regarding occupational hazards every three years; the results of these inspections and assessments shall be made public. 7. Rest rooms for employees should be provided near high-temperature work areas. 8. Provide workers engaged in high-temperature tasks with cooling beverages such as tea, lightly salted water, Rendan, and peppermint oil, as well as heat-prevention medications, in accordance with regulations. 9. Provide workers engaged in high-temperature tasks with personal protective equipment that meets **specified requirements, such as flame-retardant clothing, goggles, face shields, etc. 10. Enterprises should arrange for employees who are exposed to high temperatures to undergo regular occupational health examinations, and establish occupational health surveillance records for these employees. 11. The management and diagnosis of occupational diseases shall be carried out in accordance with **relevant regulations and standards.
