Does Air Liquide count as the first group of media?

The first group of media contains liquefied gases; it’s not clear what category these liquefied gases fall into. Does liquefied air, and especially liquid nitrogen, count as part of the first group of media?
It’s obviously the first group of media, but when classifying them, 1.4.1 of the solid capacity regulations also needs to be taken into account
What other categories are there for liquefied gases? Any gas that has been liquefied is considered a hazardous medium – it can cause frostbite, explosions, and other hazards.
I remember reading somewhere before that pure liquid ammonia and impure ammonia solutions containing water seem to fall into different categories, but I can’t recall exactly where
Previously, 1.4 was classified as Category I; now that new size specifications have been introduced, reclassification is necessary.
