Reactivity of the catalyst in the regenerator
The catalyst is periodically added to the regenerator in small quantities via a feed system; this serves to ensure the microreactivity of the balancing agents in the system and to maintain the catalyst inventory.
To maintain catalyst activity, replenish the loss of catalyst, and keep its reserve level.
