How should the personnel be arranged in the class?

We have a problem in the workshop right now, and it’s also a flaw of the company. We are shift workers, and I am the shift supervisor. There are frequent meetings in the workshop or company, and at those times some members of the shift teams are required to serve as attendees; this happens during their break time, and those who do not attend have their performance ratings reduced. The workshop asked the shift supervisor to assign someone to handle this task, but no one wanted to take on that role. Such situations happen frequently; I’d like to know what others do in such cases The workshop didn’t mention anything about giving extra performance bonuses during breaks; just verbal praise was given. Don’t tell me everyone’s method is to draw lots……
There’s no other way; for things like this, one has to explain it clearly to the employees and arrange for them to take turns attending the meetings...

For workshop or company meetings, it’s sufficient for the workshop supervisors to attend; they can convey the spirit of the meeting. Why should the employees participate? It’s your company that has the problem with its requirements!
Time spent attending meetings counts as overtime, with an appropriate increase in performance compensation
With divided opinions, no one goes; the leaders get frustrated after just a few attempts. . . Either pick someone you hate and get ready to be transferred away from that place ； Or take turns going.
The leader is worried that there won’t be enough people, and thus not enough applause
Actually, it’s not just meetings; there are also other events for which a certain number of attendees is required. Sometimes it’s really difficult, as people don’t want to participate in such things during their time off
It’s your responsibility as a team leader, right? Every company encounters such situations; everyone is tired but still has to do their work well, otherwise they will face evaluation. However, in such cases the workshop definitely won’t assign anyone else to take care of it – it always falls on the team leader, otherwise there will be consequences
