Changes in personnel for design license renewal of pressure vessel design units

It is safer to use the old version of 20%.

This problem should not be a big problem, and there should be no problem if you communicate well with the inspection team. Now I have a company where the auditors who collect certificates have all been changed. When renewing certificates, the inspection team only asked questions and did not ask any further questions.

Now basically no matter the personnel changes, as long as there are enough people, it will be enough to pass the assessment.

Is there any basis for this? It’s better to play it safe and keep it within 20%
