Is it necessary to install a self-protecting valve at the outlet of the feed pump? Can’t even handle two check valves and a control valve? The safety valves here are all of the cylinder type; manual operation is achieved by cutting off the purge air and opening the cylinder balance valve
The outlet relief valve is equipped with interlocks; there are interlocks between the start/stop of the pump and the pump outlet control valve. When the pump stops, the outlet control valve and the shut-off valve operate simultaneously to close quickly
Self-protection is interconnected; it’s necessary to protect the feed pump to prevent backflow of material. The check valves used upstairs are not reliable, and all of those check valves leak

That’s impossible. . One pump outlet should be sufficient. If the relief valve needs to be replaced, it is likely necessary to shut down the pump, fill it with hot hydrogen mixed with oil, and then carry out the replacement; relief valves generally do not have cross-connected lines
