The sulfuric acid pump does not function properly when a weaker or stronger acid is added

In one of our company’s sulfuric acid circulation pumps, when sulfuric acid of a different concentration is added to the tank, the pressure at the pump’s outlet decreases, and as a result, the flow meter downstream shows no flow I want to ask if any of you sea friends know the reason? I also want to ask whether sulfuric acid of different concentrations will separate into layers or not
Gas entrapment has occurred. :):lol
