75t/h, 3.82Mpa, 450℃ medium-temperature medium-pressure boiler: the safety valve of the superheater header failed to return to its set pressure after regular manual testing (this phenomenon also occurs from time to time in low-pressure boilers). I would like to ask friends who have experience with this to recommend reliable and safe valve brands, as well as provide guidance on the precautions to follow when performing regular manual tests. Thank you!
We are medium-temperature and medium-pressure waste heat boilers. Our steam production isn’t as high as yours.
