For D2-class pressure vessels, can non-destructive testing be outsourced?
There should be one’s own film reviewers and responsible instructors, right?

It is possible to outsource the task, but the organization in question must have an inspection room that meets the requirements set by the regulations; a dark room and a film evaluation room are not necessary. It seems that building an inspection room is quite expensive, and an environmental impact assessment is also required. So I’m thinking of outsourcing it.
