What kind of level gauge is suitable for phenol storage tanks? The radar level gauges we use here keep having problems. Are there any friends who are still using it and having good experiences with it?
Could you recommend one? Used for phenol storage tanks.

Your radar should be located on top of the tank; it’s inevitable that the condensation and crystallization of phenol in the vapor phase will affect the measurements. It is recommended to create an opening on the side using a double-flange design
Phenol has a low freezing point; at normal temperatures it is in solid form, and it needs to be heated to melt before use. Can’t it be weighed instead? Why must a level gauge be used? Level gauges can easily get clogged. I’m not sure what you use phenol for; if it’s for producing bisphenol AF, we could discuss this further, as I work in the field of bisphenol AF.
