Are valves necessarily required to be installed on equipment for import and export? Which specifications provide clear provisions on this, especially in the context of oil field surface engineering?
Yes, it must be installed. For safety and ease of maintenance. It is unclear where the rule comes from.
The owner even refuses to acknowledge the design manual, insisting on checking the specifications for any clear instructions
