Consider the overhead cooling temperature of the reflux tank, the temperature after cooling, and the flow rate at the outlet of the reflux pump. Also observe whether there is a difference in the tower top pressure compared to normal times. Is there any fluctuation in the tower feed temperature?~~~~

Finally, after the pump was repaired, it was found that there was some flow when the pump’s outlet vent was open; however, once the vent was closed, the pump could not generate pressure. The flow meter installed on the pipeline downstream of the pump gave inaccurate readings. The solution was for the person who repaired the pump to use a hammer and strike the side of the pump a couple of times, and miraculously, the pump started to generate pressure. The dosage of the corrosion inhibitor was also adjusted, and the temperature at the top of the tower decreased. It seems that the problem lay with the pump itself
