Operation cycle of defluorination filter

I would like to ask how often a defluorination filter needs to be regenerated. For example, if the fluoride concentration is 4 mg/L and the concentration in the treated water is 1 mg/L, my calculation suggests that it takes about 5 days – I’m not sure if this is correct.
The water inflow rate is 25 cubic meters per hour.
