Land use control indicators for oil and gas engineering projects

The system for controlling land use standards for construction projects shall be implemented to promote the efficient and intensive use of land. In accordance with laws, regulations and rules such as the Land Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Notice of the State Council on Promoting the Efficient and Intensive Use of Land (Guo Fa [2008] No. 3), and the Provisions on the Efficient and Intensive Use of Land (Order No. 61 of the Ministry of Land and Resources), the ministry has formulated the Control Indicators for Land Use in Petroleum and Natural Gas Projects, which are now issued. These indicators shall come into effect on January 1, 2017, and remain valid for 5 years. The Notice of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and the Ministry of Land and Resources on Approving and Issuing These Indicators (Jian Biao [2009] No. 7) is hereby repealed. The \"Control Indicators for Land Use in Oil and Gas Engineering Projects\" are hereby issued and shall come into effect on January 1, 2017, with a validity period of 5 years
