Why must one strive to study hard?

The child asked his father, “Why do I have to go to school every day? Why do I need to study hard?” ”Unlike other parents, this father did not simply tell his child that they would learn a lot at school. You come to understand what you really like and dislike, what you are good at and not good at, as well as your strengths and weaknesses. In today’s society, the chances of achieving success without studying are extremely low. It’s no longer the time right after the reform and opening up when success could be achieved just by using one’s intelligence.
