How is the signature that appears at the bottom of each post set?

In the comments/answers, where is that line of text set? For example, @@Fish in the Desert – Fish Boss’s signature reads: “Happy communication, joyful participation; manufacturing fluorinated pipeline valves, selling acid-resistant high-silicon stainless steel pipeline valves. Mobile phone and QQ: 13567709839, Liu.” Haichuan Post-90s Communication Group
So member posts have blue titles, huh?~~
