Dedication means approaching work with a serious and responsible attitude. So what constitutes dedication?
Doing one’s job conscientiously is professionalism....
Working non-stop, without eating, drinking, or sleeping

Being dedicated means that even when you leave work on time, you still feel as though you’ve done something wrong

Dedication, as the name implies, means respecting one’s own work or career; It’s quite difficult to truly be dedicated to your work; first of all, you need to like what you do, only then can you be dedicated. But in reality, the job you have isn’t something you like ; Secondly, you need to have a high level of enthusiasm for work in order to be dedicated to it; however, issues such as poor relationships with colleagues or unsatisfactory salary and benefits may prevent that enthusiasm from being aroused ; Finally ; To be considered dedicated, one must take all relevant aspects into consideration; merely doing one’s job well is not enough to qualify as dedication. On top of fulfilling one’s duties, one should continuously develop new ideas, explore new ways of working, find ways to improve efficiency, and reduce costs while increasing productivity
Is it a sign of dedication to work to develop an occupational disease after working for a short period of time?
Just don’t delay your work, that’s all :)
It’s both right and wrong; not delaying work should be the minimum standard, a basic requirement for professionalism
It’s kind of self-inflicted; if the company provides protective equipment and you don’t use it, that’s a violation of regulations. If the company doesn’t provide such equipment but you still accept it, then it’s due to ignorance: lol
This could be considered a lack of confidence, or failure to complete the work that should have been done, or poor quality in the work that was completed.
