How are instrument cables fed into the blast-proof control room?

There is a project featuring a two-story control building, with both the control room and the cabinet rooms located on the second floor; an explosion-proof design was required according to the suggestions of the evaluation experts. The original design called for the instrument cables to pass through the cable tray, through the wall on the second floor of the control room, and be routed beneath the anti-static floor. Is it still possible to arrange the cables in this way in an explosion-proof control room? If possible, could you recommend a laying method? The client in the control room doesn’t want it to be on the first floor, and burial is not an option. Thank you.
The cable entry points should be sealed.
It’s all blast-resistant structure, yet the control room isn’t even in a separate building! GB 50779-2012 Code for Blast Resistance Design of Petrochemical Control Rooms specifies in detail that blast-resistant control rooms should be constructed separately and must not be built together with non-blast-resistant buildings.
If it’s not to be buried, there are two options: one module, but at a high price； Second pouring for filling – I haven’t seen it being used. There is a third option, which should not work in theory: blocking it with fireproof material.
