Who has a relatively mature expansion welding process that I can learn from? (Hydraulic expansion or mechanical expansion is fine.)
The expansion joint evaluation test plates used in my company were developed by me; they are made without welding, and the expansion joint pressure is determined based on the test data. The expansion welding joint is calculated directly using a formula. The expansion joining is evaluated in the same manner as mechanical expansion without welding, to determine the expansion joining parameters; after testing the expansion-welded joint, the inner diameter after expansion is controlled.
