I used to work on long-distance pipelines, and I’ve been studying LNG vaporization stations recently; I’ve encountered many problems, mainly related to the selection of various types of equipment. I would like to ask the experts for advice: 1. Selection of the main LNG vaporizer: From what I’ve learned so far, it should be selected based on 1.5 times the maximum gas consumption at the downstream end; 2. How is the selection of EAG and BOG calculated? It seems that EAG is primarily determined by the maximum safe venting capacity of the storage tank. How is this calculated? It seems that BOG is determined based on the volume of gas remaining in the tank truck after unloading; for example, how is the volume calculated when the gas volume in a 50 m3 tank truck decreases from 0.6 MPa to 0.3 MPa after unloading? 3. How is the equipment selection for unloading pressure boosting and tank pressure boosters calculated? Is it normal to complete unloading the booster in 1.5 hours, and then to increase the pressure from 0.4 MPa to 0.6 MPa based on a 10% gas space? Is the storage tank booster calculated using the same principle as the unloading booster? 4. Does the pressure of LNG after gasification in an air-temperature vaporizer fluctuate? For example, it is 0.6 MPa before gasification; is it still 0.6 MPa after gasification? 5. The outer diameter and wall thickness of the steel pipes used in the LNG section are in accordance with GB-T17395 \"Dimensions, Shapes, Weights and Allowable Deviations of Seamless Steel Pipes\"; which series of steel pipes shall be used? Series 1 or 2? 6. Nitrogen cylinder banks are used to pre-cool pipelines and supply air to pneumatic valves. What is the normal size of such cylinder banks? How long will one bottle last? I’m a beginner, so I have quite a few questions. I hope those who know the answers can help me out; thank you!

The selection of a BOG vaporizer should be based on the pressure drop in the storage tank as well as the peak flow rate during liquid inlet to the tank. In my case, two trucks are unloaded simultaneously, and a BOG vaporizer with a capacity of 2000 m³/h is more than sufficient; the peak BOG flow rate is around 1300.
4. The pressure before and after the carburetor should be the same. In a carburetor equipped with a pressure regulator, the pressure after vaporization is lower than the pressure before it; the pressure after vaporization can never be higher than the pressure of the liquid before vaporization
