Fluoride coating for fasteners

I have been working on a number of export projects recently, and it is required that the container fasteners be coated with fluorides. Which standard specifies this requirement? What is its function?
Is it a special request, intended for a particular purpose?
Standards may not impose such requirements; customers will put forward some additional requests based on their actual usage experience.
This must be the owner’s requirement
Anticorrosion, perhaps based on an acidic environment.
It’s a quite normal requirement; chemical plants, such as those involved in inorganic chemistry that deal with acids, bases, and salts, as well as coal chemical plants, are located in coastal areas where good weather resistance and corrosion resistance are essential!
