The question now is: for insulated pipes of thermal media, those that are corroded – in cases like this, does corrosion occur first? Should heat retention be given priority? There are also high-pressure pipelines that require regular maintenance, and so on. . So when encountering such situations, which one takes priority?

In my opinion, the reason for placing the insulated pipes of the hot medium above and those that are corroded below is to prevent the corroded pipes from affecting the pipes beneath them.
